Q: DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH PEOPLE RELOCATING TO DENVER?
No, we also work with local sellers and buyers who simply need some extra time to find their next home. Our clients often include sellers whose homes sold quicker than anticipated and buyers who are wanting to construct a new home.
Q: WHAT IF WE FIND OUR PERFECT HOME RIGHT AWAY?
As soon as we have a fully executed contract on your new home, we will amend your lease termination date to coincide with your closing and/or move-in date on your home purchase. No high short term rental rates and zero penalty for early termination.
Q: WHAT IF IT TAKES US LONGER THAN SIX MONTHS TO FIND OUR PERFECT HOME?
Our clients typically close on permanent homes in under six months. This type of extended situation typically occurs only if you’re building a new home. Should you find yourself in this situation, and you need to stay in one of our "bridge" homes beyond six months, we’ll work with you to extend your lease to coincide with the completion of your new home.
Q:Â WHAT IF WE END UP NOT BUYING ANYTHING?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Should you not find a suitable home, or determine that you want to rent in Denver longer, you are free to move on at the end of your lease.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU’RE A GOOD LANDLORD?
That’s a fair question. Renting requires some risk on both the tenant’s part and the landlord’s. To ease any concerns you may have as a tenant, please refer to the testimonials from our previous clients.
Q: WHAT IF WE NEED FURNITURE FOR OUR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE?
We also offer fully furnished options for an additional fee.
Q: WHAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE A SHORT TERM RENTAL AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF YOUR MOVE?
We will connect with our network of local landlords to help you find a temporary home and will assist in negotiating favorable lease terms that will provide an equivalent level of flexibility during the transition into your new home.
